February 2024 marks the 58th anniversary of the founding of our firm.

As we approach the middle of April, our thoughts once again turn to the coincidence of Brian Manning and Dan Fay having been born on April 18, 1966.

Almost 3 years ago, Teitsch Kent Fay Architects, P.C. brought on a marketing specialist and stepped into the world of social media.

Our dear friend, Mr. Anthony DiPace, Business Manager at Sharon Springs Central School District.

Now that 2022 has concluded, our thoughts turn to what the new year holds of us.

For over 5 decades, Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. have been helping our clients improve their properties. The end result is (hopefully) beautiful, functional, and efficient. However, getting to the end result can often involve some disruption to the existing building and their routine.

Our team has grown again. This month Teitsch Kent Fay Architects, P.C. has added a new intern to our team, Sam Stuttard.

Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. is celebrating the sixth anniversary of our move to the Atwell Mill building (132 Albany Street, Suite M-1).

Haylee Smith is our new intern from Cazenovia College studying interior design.

As we celebrate the 56th anniversary of the founding of the firm, it seems appropriate to remember our founding partner John F. “Jack” Teitsch.

So it is once again time to get those Orange Cupcakes ready, and raise a glass of your favorite, as Brian and Dan turn 56!

Fifty-six years is a long time, but we truly believe it is only the beginning.

With 2022 now officially underway we wanted to take a minute to share our New Year’s Resolutions, or at least what we are looking forward to in the new year.

One of our favorite times at the office is Christmas time. We get in the festive spirit by decorating the office, hanging ornaments around the office, and listening to holiday music.
