Maximize use of existing space.

Develop upper floor “Tree-House” for Youth Programs, with brighter more modern finishes.

Develop smaller scale “Chapel” space for informal worship and music programs.



The design was developed to incorporate a new 6 stop hydraulic elevator, into the fabric of the existing building.  This elevator connects all four main levels, as well as the entry level, and the office area landing

Park Central Presbyterian

Syracuse, New York

Park Central Presbyterian Church in Syracuse, New York hired Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. to prepare a program study to renovate their existing three story Parish House Building.

This study evaluated the client’s space needs, both current and anticipated.  After careful analysis it was determined that the existing building provided sufficient space, however, access to each of the existing four floors was a problem
