Holy Trinity Parish

Binghamton, New York

The renovation process began with an analysis of the existing space. A primary goal, from the beginning, was to retain “the best of the past” while updating the space to meet the contemporary liturgical needs of the parish. Also, we needed to provide an accessible and welcoming environment in which to worship.

Another key aspect of the project was creating opportunities to incorporate elements of the three former parishes into the new sanctuary. Artifacts from the former church buildings and space for specific traditions of each former parish, were incorporated into the new design.
