Building Condition Survey

A Building Condition Survey is a comprehensive review of a facility, looking at each of the major building elements, setting a standard for their current condition, and projecting the “remaining useful life” of each. This process also includes valuation of each of the elements (based on relative replacement values), and projects anticipated costs to bring each element up to “good” condition.

Environmental Testing for Asbestos, Lead, etc.
Thermal Scans to determine the integrity of the building envelope
Structural Reviews and documentation of specific conditions
Digital Scanning of Archival Materials
