Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. was hired to design a suburban family residence.  The existing site was extremely narrow and required careful coordination between the Owner and Architect to develop a scheme that would fit their uniquely shaped lot, and fit in comfortably with the surrounding neighborhood.
