Cazenovia Art Park hired Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. to design a detached residential structure to house caretaker space, as well as visiting artist space.  These spaces included studio spaces as well as typical residential programmatic elements.  The design was intentional in the emphasis of the roof, and maintaining a “low profile” on the site.  Views from and to the structure were specifically designed to take advantage of the natural features, and artistic installations of the Art Park site.
