Waterville Municipal Building

Each of the three major functions of this project, Courtroom, Village Offices, and Police Offices, can be accessed without compromising the security of the other uses, however, each of these primary functions can be interconnected for shared functions. This flexibility in design allows the facility to adapt to a variety of different uses and respond to the client’s various needs.

Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects P.C. designed a new 9,750 sf building to house the Village Mayor’s office, Clerk’s office, Courtroom (including office spaces), and a wing for the State Police and Sheriff’s Department. The building was detailed in masonry to echo a building that had formerly been located on this site.
