Village of Cazenovia, Lakeland Park Bathhouse

The new bathhouse, as designed by Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects P.C. includes material selections and architectural details recalling elements of the former estate.

The structure was designed to be low maintenance, with a natural ventilation system that incorporates the roof cupola to maintain passive ventilation.

Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C., designed the Lakeland Park Bathhouse for the Village of Cazenovia in 2001. This project included toilet facilities for the municipal park, public drinking fountain, as well as shower and changing facilities for the adjacent swimming area.
