Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. was hired to design a suburban family residence.  The Owner wanted a house that would suit their uniquely shaped lot, fit is comfortably with the surrounding neighborhood, be designed to minimize maintenance, and emphasize the “sense of entry” while minimizing the impact of the attached garage.
